Transformational Life Coach
Specializing in anger management and parenting skills, Roberta
professionally guides you to transformational solutions as a Life
Coach.
A retired Certified Mental Health
Counselor and an Educator with over 30 years experience,
Roberta's interactions with children, teens and adults spark amazing
results.
Roberta Macdonald has lived in the greater Seattle area most of her
adult life. She received her MA from Pacific Lutheran University and
advanced studies from the University of Washington. Also, she has
attended many local seminars and workshops giving her years of
nonacademic and alternative education. She has been an educator for
over 40 years and a Certified Mental Health Counselor for over 20
years. She is now a Life Coach specializing in helping teenagers and
adults with stress, anxiety, depression and anger issues.
Roberta embraces a philosophy that she began in 1987 and continues
today in her Calming Down Courses. This philosophy focuses on
building a creative community rather than following a competitive
model of living. Her focus is on letting go and working through
negative issues, replacing them with a better and different way of
thinking and living that uses encouragement, curiosity, and a
willingness to learn life’s lessons, thus creating good, positive
energy. She teaches a less reactive, more responsible way to live,
with the added gift of: Joy.
